What is the Good Health Gateway?

Your gateway to maintaining and improving your health and wellness!

The Good Health Gateway® offers you tools, resources, and programs to help you manage and improve your health and earn rewards. In order to participate in these programs, you must register here.

Registration does not commit you to any obligations and is 100% voluntary and confidential. It gives you a secure, private way of getting special programs, services, and rewards designed to help you maintain and improve your health.
The Good Health Gateway programs are administered by Abacus Health Solutions (Abacus).

Why am I being offered the Good Health Gateway program?

When you take care of yourself and manage your health, it helps to reduce overall healthcare costs for your employer or health plan sponsor. When your employer/health plan sponsor saves money, they can pass some of those savings down to you in the form of rewards. There is no catch. It's as simple as that.

Managing your health also helps you save money directly by reducing your out-of-pocket health care costs.

Maintaining good diabetes care is important, especially during this recent Coronavirus pandemic. We want to support you in maintaining your health and in meeting the program requirements.

We understand that many doctors are rescheduling routine appointments, and we do not want you to lose your reward. If you currently cannot see your doctor to complete your diabetes labs and exams, call our HelpLine at 800-643-8028 to learn what you can do to receive an extension.

Our HelpLine will remain open and available as always Monday through Thursday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm ET. If you need to leave a message due to our experiencing a heavier call volume, don't worry; we will call you back.
